This is just an observation but it seems since Lisa R has left Q has had all the hosts upping their persona's, personal blogs and lives like crazy not only on air but online.

To be honest I like evine live's and hsn's approach better just a little bit of host personality and let keep the rest about product.

Not a fan, but I thought she did a good job with the accessory show this afternoon. The navy blue dress she had on looked very nice.

Not a fan. She constantly talks over the hosts and what is with those hokey expressions she uses, i.e. "Oh my stars and garters".
