Age Rebel Foundation- packaging?

Does anyone recall if this foundation had a factory seal over the opening of the squeeze tube? I thought there was a silver foil seal over the hole but an ebayer said it never came sealed. This is the foundation that came in the last TSV. It was a 3 item box with primer and concealer.
