After Hair Color Question

I' m going to put a permanent color on my hair in the morning and had read here that you need to use remoist afterwards. Do I just rinse the color out like usual and then just use the remoist and leave it on for about 30 minutes, do you think I need to use a CC on it first or just the remoist? Also would you add any of the oil to it to?

I know, a lot of questions
