I'm with @Annabellethecat66 on the Gimme Brow or anything like it.

NYX has one also for less money.

Very natural because you're simply brushing in the fibers in your own brows; nothing is drawn on.

 

As for liners I like gel pencils. Gel is key, for me, or it's gone very quickly!

I have no brows . I use Anastasia brow definer pencil. It works wonders for me. The tip is always sharp and i can do very short strokes to make me look like i have brows. The brow pencil always stays on, does not rub off,  till washed off.  

 

MAC also makes an excellent brow pencil. I use this occassionly .

Eyeliners-- recommend Urban Decay 24/7 eyeliner pencils. They go on smoothly without pulling across the eyelids or below the eye.
