Acne question

I'm 43 years old and have terrible adult acne in my cheeks. Even worse, I'm a "picker". I've tried Proactive several times, with no luck. I'm thinking about trying the Obagi acne line. Does anyone have any experience with this line? If it doesn't work for me, I'll go to the dermatologist. Thanks!!
