@AspenGrove wrote:Hi @Pink123 - I'm "the lady"! I have very mild rosacea that shows up as redness mostly on my cheeks. Sometimes a bit on my nose. I'm not quite sure what you're asking about usage but I can tell you that I use a pea-sized amount of the 20% cream you shared the photo of, putting it over any redness in my skin. A tiny amount dotted where I need it, gently rubbing it in, works for me. I use it in the morning before moisturizer and at night before tretinoin. I saw my redness disappear within days of first use. I've been using it daily for about a year now and I no longer have any red flares on my face. Does that answer your question?
I have the same issue as you do. Can I ask where you purchased it? TY

Thank you. I found that site, but I couldn't check out because of the odd payment methods. None of which I have. I'm looking to buy it here in the US.

To have Azalaic cream work you need to clean your face properly. I buy my wash from Amazon. It's a sulfur & salicylic acid soap. After washing your face you rubb it in, and then rinse well and dry. The you out on the azalaic acid cream. Be careful of white streaks.
This routine is from my dermatologist from the Cleveland Clinic. Clears up my rosacea and has for years. Good luck.

@Effie54- I purchase the 20% azelaic acid cream online from a company called Tara Skincare. Their payment option is via secure echeck and I've never once had any problem with payment via my bank nor receiving my orders. They're located in CA and ship pretty quickly.

Oh I'm sorry! Yes...mine decided to appear nearly everywhere...but started on my face! One little spot thst was there for 7 years!
The "spots" tend to go away and if I keep them exfoliated/moisturized it's pretty much staying under control.🩷
Thanks and same to you, remnission is a beautiful thing for sure. My gyno checks me and says she sees no sign of it, have to keep hooing for that. Of coursel if it ever rears its ugly head again, I will know what it is this time. Last ime I panicked until I saw my doc for diagnosis. Initilly she told me it would be with me for life, but thank goodness she was wrong.

Ok, so far so good @AspenGrove ,
I've used it once or twice a day.
No problems and I think my skin is whiter. It is very mild -- no peeling, no dryness, wonderful so far. Again I wait for 10 minutes and buff brush my MAC powder on after that
This just might be a keeper. Thanks! ![]()

OK, all and @AspenGrove. Day 4 of using the cream and still everything is just fine. ![]()
(I'm saying this because many creams start out good and then the problems start a week or so later, i.e. peeling, dryness, etc.) nothing here.

I got this in prescription form from my DERM doctor. I get the 15% for my skin. It is an acid, so some people do get mild tingling in the beginning. And with any acid/retinol you apply on your face - you have to use sunscreen.
