***AUTO SHIP** ON BACKORDER???

I am on auto delivery for TATCHA silk cream. I was supposed to receive my order end of July. It's on backorder!  WHAT??

I contacted customer service a few times and of course got NOWHERE!

They said they are in short supply. THey are working on it.

 

I also mentioned to CS that QVC is still advertising

-GO AUTO DELIVERY- and you will never be without your product!

 

Well guess what QVC ----I"m out of my product!

I had that happen a couple of years ago with a Korress  A/D from HSN. I finally just cancelled it when I didn't get it in a timely manner.

that is crazy...they always push....auto delivery...so you will never be with out it!!!!

They also tell you when you get on auto-delivery (i.e. combo food or scented items), you can change to a different flavor or scent.....well, I'm auto-delivery for the Lono Life bone broth combo.  I was wanting to the change from the chicken/beef to the chicken/tomato which was an option.  But I can't because it shows it to be "sold out".  I'm wondering if I'll still get my usual auto-delivery or will they show it as "backordered" as well.

My last auto delivery for a 4pc Tatcha set was cancelled last week by QVC due to lack of supply...

I've had this happen twice this year on my AD's. I'm holding on because my price is locked in and QVC has increased one of my products $8, therefore, I feel that money is the real reason.

Sorry to hear about your auto delivery issue. That's really frustrating. Hope you get it soon. 

 

The same thing happened to me but with an auto delivery from Paula's Choice. They sent me an email saying they were out of stock and couldn't ship. It finally came 2 weeks late. 

I wonder if employee shortages and supply chain issues are causing some of these delays.
