I definitely have but it's due to my skin becoming SO much drier as well as my eye not thinking things look the same, lol.
SKIN is #1. Complexion is first and foremost. My goal is to not need foundation and I'm almost there. I still do a smokey eye but the shades I use are either brownish plums or neutrals. There is no grey, no smoke, blue, no red, no out there shades at all. Black liner is only for tight lining. Mascara is one coat top and maybe on the bottom. Lining has changed.
Blush is cream and just barely patted on.
Powder is rarely used.
Lipstick is more gloss as my lips have shifted in shape. Now they're no longer even all around. I understand why women get them plumped.
It's not about the age; it's about how my skin and features look. Since that changes, my makeup will most likely change as well going forward.
