A Bit Annoyed by a Popular Cosmetic Store...

Hi Ladies -

Just need to vent. So I went to use my BI gift of $15 at Sephora on Friday (on-line). I also had a gift card that still had a balance, so I wanted to use that as well. They wouldn't let me use both cards. The operator said I was only permitted to use one of the gift cards. Is it just me, or is this unfair? The card has already been paid for - it's legal tender, no? I was really taken aback by this, but didn't make an issue of it at the time. I'm wondering if I should have persisted a little bit more. What do you ladies think? Is this fair?
