613 revitalizing mist

My wife order four bottle only one she has been using . I guess because of thinning hair the mist makes her hair frizzy and others it seem has reported a similar experience were can we get rid of the other three brand new ones I don't think qvc will take them back it's been over a month although there still brand new toby.peer41 @ yahoo
