613 on 45 day backorder?

I am new to QVC. Is this normal? Does that mean they sold out or what? I'm confused. Wondering if it's really that great of a deal. Anyone have experience with the 45 day wait? I got an email saying after 45 days my order could be canceled . Hmmm
