I'm really tempted to try that gallon since today is the last day on easy pay. But I need more info. Just started using wen and love it. But why is 613 better or what does it do compared to the regular cleansers?

613 has more treatment based ingredients than the regular cleansing conditioners. It has skin care ingredients like acai berry, goji berry, honey, bamboo water and amino acids. Chaz created it to be a quick 5 min deep conditioner, although it cleanses as well. It's like a cross between the cc's and the remoist.

I also use it as a facial cleanser - the best my skin has ever looked.

613 can be considered a protein cleanser. A gallon is a great buy if your hair drinks protein like mine does. If protein dries your hair out, or if you don't know where your Wen protein-moisture balance is, a gallon may not be the way to go.

I use is a few times a week as my facial cleanser and I like it. It leaves my skin very soft.

I would not recommend getting a gallon of anything you haven't tried yet. Most cannot use 613 every day, even those that like it. I cannot use it at all (makes my hair dry and brittle feeling/looking).

I used it for a month and my hair never looked better. Then one day my hair became very flyaway - just too much protein altho I obviously needed it initially. Just lately I've been using a few pumps with my every second cleanse and it seems to be working great.

This. It will be back next year and you can get the gallon then if you like it, but try it first. If you buy the gallon and don't like it, you're out nearly $26 in shipping and handling if you want to send it back and you're out a over $200 if you hate it and keep it. Do not buy it without trying it just because of the easy pay. I strongly recommend buying a smaller one to try.

This isn't the last day of easy pay for the gallon, it's the last day of the gallon for the whole year, but again, do NOT let that pressure you into buying this without trying it.

ITA!

My hair loves protein and I use 613 at least once a week. I've been using it for over a year, but I have yet to commit to a gallon.

I agree with Happy Daze that you shouldn't order something that you have never tried. I like 613 but can only use it occasionally. Many Wenners can't use this formula everyday and only use it once a week or once every other week.

I thought holiday orders can be returned until January and they refund the shipping as well... Did I misread it?

Thanks everyone. I will try the smaller version first. It is a big investment. Do they ever sell the regular ones in gallons? I like being stocked up.
