What makes you think WEN users haven't given that and every other product a try? I know I did. Before I went through menopause, I could use anything on my hair and it looked great and was healthy. After meno, my hair became dry almost over night it seemed and started thinning at the temples. I was horrified. I read these boards and try everything people recommended. I read other beauty boards and beauty magazines and tried all those products too. NOTHING turned things around. I had tried WEN pre-meno and found it no biggie, but figured heck, I've tried everything else, why not. Well, that was a year ago this past June and I've not used anything but WEN since. My hair is back to it's thick, healthy, hydrated condition. My hair stylist is impressed with the turn around too.

For me, my hair is my best feature, so as long as I can afford my WEN, I'm a WEN girl.

Buck - I agree. I think it's a bit condescending when folks assume that we haven't spent a good amount of time and money trying to find solutions for our problem hair.

I've wasted enough of both, and finally come to the conclusion that WEN is what works. Oh, I "step out" occasionally, but I always come home to WEN.

no way would I spend that kind of money for shampoo......

I buy the cheapest on sale....99 cents to 1.50 for a large bottle.....I wash my hair everyday and it has always looked good...and that's all I use...no rinses...or conditioners just rinse with water and done....

I feel many are hoodwinked into believing they ""need"" some of these over priced beauty items...when you would do just as well with your local drug store stuff...

One difference though is you don't have to use pumps, pumps, pumps, pumps .......and more pumps for every time you cleanse your hair with those.

An added expense for me after using wen, was that I spent a lot of money (Nioxin treatments, Hairmax, etc.,) trying to get my hair to start growing again.

I had always had baby fine hair, but a lot of it. After 6 months of using wen as directed, I lost a lot of hair, and no new hair grew in at all. I'm very happy for those who like using it. Chaz seems like a nice man. I enjoy seeing his dogs- they are so cute.
