Hi Silkeej, always glad when something I say helps another person. So thank you for the encouragement. It helps me too. There are lots of people who are good at empathyzing, but unless they have lost their spouse, they don't quite see things as one who has.

DD#2 had a dream about her dad. He was flying a helicopter, smiling and doing all sorts of loops and twirls! To me it says what I know, and that is that he is free of all that he suffered in this life, and enjoying his place with the Lord. Made me happy.

Thank you for your encouragment about my treatments and drivers, etc. You are right that the Lord always supplies our needs. He has promised to and can't lie. I love to see the little ways He does that. They are personal and speak of His love for me.

I'm eager to get things going, but don't really know what to expect. One day at a time is how we got through hubby's treatments, which were so much worse than anything I'll have. So that's how I'll approach this also.

Yes, staying hydrated is good for all of us. It's in the 90s out here again today. But it is summer, after all.

Peacock Carpenter Bee.   I thought it was faked when I first saw it but then I Googled it and the bee is a real species.  Pretty little thing.
