Hi possummink, that Parrot Flower made me do a double take. Thought it might really be a bird. So interesting. Have you taken the banana plants out of the basement and put them outside again? Lots of work. Out here, there's really nothing that can't stay outside if it's supposed to be there.

The doctor told my sister to take 4 weeks off work, then return for a CT scan to see if the blood clot is being absorbed by her body. She went to church, but was tired, went to the bank another day but was tired. Told me today that she feels a little bit better. She also said she wants to come out next week, but I told her to rest. It would be terrible if she had an episode of numbness while driving on the freeway. I"m the older sister, but she has a mind of her own. Smiley LOL She intendes to retire when her sick leave is over next month. It will be hard financially, but she believes she can do it. She needs to. Thanks for caring.

Snappy -  Your sister needs to be very careful - my niece had a stent inserted about the same time as your sister's procedure,  started her on blood thinners, she is being re-admitted to hospital this afternoon, I have not talked to her yet, but I know yesterday, she said she was very pale and bleeding in mouth, etc., her abdomen just looked mottled, very scary!.   She is not one to take care of herself and follow Dr.'s orders.

My DD visited this afternoon with her 2-1/2 yr. old grandson,   he is really active, ha.   Where do they get all of that energy.

I bought flowers for cemetery this morning will take them sometime this week.  I found a pretty one yellow and dark blue flowers.  Also bought a red, white and blue one for Memorial Day/4th of July.

Hi Snappy and Friends:

Been busy doing some spring cleaning, saw the cleaning show today on the Q while taking a break and ordered the clean cloths because he said they obsorb the dirt and it doesn't fly around the house and land everywhere. No chemicals just water and no streaking. They are washable and can be used over and over. I love the microfiber clothes and have used them for years in cleaning.  If it works sure make my chores easier.   Have a list and it is getting smaller, I try to do one extra chore a day on my list and what fun it is to mark one off when I am done.  It's a good feeling of accomplishment.

Went in and had my Mammogram last week and got a letter today telling me the results were normal so that's always a welcome result.  The end of the month I go in to see my regular Doctor for my yearly exam and then I see my urologist in June for a scoping on my bladder and lasts but not least have a eye exam in August.  Busy time for appointments but almost done. Like it when I don't have any appointments,  its a free feeling and that all is well.

I plan to go out to the cemetery this weekend and take my DH some flowers.  I look forward to visiting with him even though I am sure he knows all that is going on.  It's the one place I feel when I am there so is he. I always ask him for a hug and tell him how much I love and miss him.  I usually leave feeling so much better.  There are days when I really struggle and the sad feeling is so overwhelming. Sometimes its just a song on the radio that reminds me of him and what I have lost and how alone I really am.

Need to get back to work so I hope you all have a great week, sending prayers and blessing to all of you....Heart
