How do you interpret this?

To me it means that people see each other through the filter of their own life experiences.

Eta... That people's reaction to others is more about what's happened in their own life than the person they are reacting to, if that makes sense.

@biskeefeathers  To me it means that whether you see/treat others negatively or positively is a reflection on your character and how they react is a reflection on theirs also.

I think these words were posted to do exactly what they are doing --- make you think!

We will take different messages and meanings from the pictur and words.  I enjoy things like this.  Kind of mysterious!  

How I see you or perceive you may not be who you really are as a person, but my opinion or how I view you may be shaped by my experiences in life and how others have judged or viewed me.
