@I am stillkeeper of the @I feel overwhelmed by the most mundane things...cooking seems to be one of them.It stresses me out and I can’t explain it except the fear of failure perhaps.I cook three meals a day every day for over 40 years but I dread it....anyhow if anyone has any helpful tips I could use some ideas.

just the message that i needed today.i am feeling overwhelmed and helpless with my home and all that needs to be done along with what is going on in this nation and the world. i feel that i can't make adifference and i wish that i could do so

It is a human thing that makes us think we cant move forward,that this moment colors our days,Will life always be this way? We can take this moment,take a few deep breaths and see beyond ,to that open,easy time. Give this time everything it needs,sometimes anger, sometimes tears.Use this moment to fully live your feelings,dont dismiss them,they will remain with you unless you can. You have earned this time,,when it is released,walk on... Do not allow the feelings to be pushed down ,over and over to be carried as a burden.Tell yourself you are going to be ok.Remember every thing is a learning experience.Learn how to let go.Remember life is real,no perfect lives.How we respond determines how we live. It is ok to feel emotions.Always temper your life with love.Never regret the words you speak, look at life with compassion,realize that life is not only about us or for us.Practice telling yourself that you are moving forward,with each day,do not keep looking back,the past is heavy ,the burden too much to bear,forgive yourself of your past mistakes,would that person be you now?Say I lived and I am learning,find peace for yourself ,you will be able to love more...So today I send you peace for your journey,love for those tough lessons and a hug because we are all human...MaryAnne
