Because i live in Ill.and work at a bar,I have to take a food and liquor test.I always get nervous and stressed out when having to do this{which is every 3 yrs}They have trick questions which really throw me off.Does anyone else have this lawin their state?By the way,to take the test,I have to pay for this,not mybosswhich reallystinks!

If the test is mandatory, your employer should pay.

@Luvsmyfam @QVCkitty1 In Washington State we have to have a food handler's permit to handle food & a separate permit to be able to pour alcohol & they are both renewed regularly through testing & fees.  I volunteer regularly for non profits so helping out at a Beer Prom or Handbags for Housing or our downtown Wine Walk I need to have these permits & since I volunteer the fee is on me. I do think some retail businesses cover the costs of these permits for employees but am not sure.  Good luck on passing the test.

@QVCkitty1 he did the 1st time but no mention this time.honestly,if I could find someone to take this test for me,I would in a heartbeat.that is how nervous Nelly I get!now please don't come at me for being dishonest.

@colleena isn't this so redicoulous I get myself so worked up over this.honest to god,God, had knots in my stomach all day.i was average in school not straight a's.
