Happiness for me is that moment when you feel this sudden sense of inner peace. However, it can be fleeting, but I savor those moments. It's like getting a shot of happiness with a dose of peace added. I guess its my angels opening my eyes to how blessed I am. But, my all the time happiness comes from anything artistic and beautiful. Going to a fabulous musical concert or stage performance of any kind whether it be local theater, broadway or dance. Love art museums or exhibits! Also, I love water, so a lake, an ocean, a waterfall, a stream or just a steady rain shower all give me a feeling of serenity.
