I don't understand the question...?

I stay in shape b/c it's good for my health. I don't need a camera.

I totally get it.

I've often looked at (a few of) the hosts and the models and wondered if they really eat as much as they say they do at Thanksgiving and Christmas and other holidays?

Or if they truly enjoy regularly snacking on the sweets and carbs that are displayed on the food shows, as they seem to imply?

In my mind, there is NO way they're being honest  with us...

Unless they either sneak off and "purge" afterwards, or they workout like mad every day (LOL) Smiley LOL

No. Years ago, when I modeled, I found it equally as difficult as now to stay in shape. I gain weight easily. Just a fact for me and it has always bothered me @Bonkers1 .

Ditto - I don't have just one sweet tooth - ALL of mine have always craved sugar! Smiley Very Happy

A scale, not a camera, helps me keep in shape.

Not everyone is prone to gaining weight. I eat whatever appeals to me, don't avoid carbs or sugar and have never been overweight. I do avoid, diet food and sugar substitutes because I find them unhealthy.

@occasionalrain  You're like me.  I eat whatever I da.mn well please & don't gain an ounce.  Must be genetics & a high metabolism.

Diet drinks taste nasty to me as well as diet foods.

My husband's entire family is like you @occasionalrain . Very slim and when my MIL was alive, she frequented some of the best bakeries and served them at family dinners. Everyone would indulge and I used to just marvel with my BIL how they did it.😊
