@Shanus  I do this every night and think it is why I wake up tired.  It is too bad we can't count all those twists and turns into "steps".

@Boomernichols   I didn't sleep well and my doc put me on melatonin. Works like a charm. I have to get my workout now walking. Lol

Melatonin is not a prescribed drug.  It's readily availablle over-the-counter.  I use it every night.  Works for me.
