This is weird.  I had two QVC and one HSN packages scheduled for delivery on 1/31.  I was home waiting.  Ups rescheduled all for 2/1 and then for 2/2 and then for 2/3.  I have no idea why and they wouldn't let me change delivery to an Access point.  Hubby thinks they lost my packages and I think he is right.  I can't wait around for a third day when I'm not likely to get any of them so on UPS.com I said "return to sender" for all of them.  It's just crazy.

That's happened to me a couple times, but I always received the package.  Did you check to see if they moved the delivery to USPS.  That always delays delivery

That's happened to me quite a few times and it's because they're waiting for the USPS to pick it up, then deliver.

One of many reasons I don't like shopping here.

At least, my experience.

@chrystaltree. Do you, by chance, live in an area that's flooding?

Not so much for me with UPS but I've ordered from Chico's many times over the years and they use Fed Ex........this happens constantly with them for some reason.  Eventually the packages do arrive, I only did not receive a package one time in this case.  Takes a lot of patience.

Re: Ups non delivery

[ Edited ]

I have had that happen for a number of reasons lately; the number one being weather, but I always receive my packages.👍 The weather was dreadful nationwide.😐 It is possible they are STILL catching up due to the enormous backlog.😊

My Q deliveries in the last two weeks have been fast!!!👍  Last month I had multiple that were rescheduled by UPS and USPS and were up to four days late! One of them was medication, so I understand your frustration, and am REALLY sorry you did not have a favorable resolution!!🥰

I receive some of those notices non-delivery nobody home when we were home.

After checking the tracking this generally happens when my packages arrive in Texas. They put them on the wrong Truck so they go west when they should go north.

I don't think it matters who the retailer is, the delivery is the same across delivery providers. I've had frequent delays with Land's End, Kohl's, Bath & Body, Sephora, and Amazon, Amazon, Amazon.

They all deal the same weather conditions, not just local to where one lives but every point along the way. They deal with the same staff shortages.

Have people just become more impatient? I remember back to years ago when it wasn't uncommon for deliveries to take two weeks.

It's happened to me.  Always, eventually, received everything.

Turned out it was a USPS problem, delay caused by their buddy delivery company, Newgistics.

No.  We haven't had any weather issues at all.
