@ECBG, I also highly recommend this catalog for beautiful jewelry and accessories, as well as lovely and unisual home decor.  I am particularly fond of their jewelry, especially their Italian-made Murano glass pieces.  Likely more reasonable than bought as a tourist in Italy.

A "goodie" is any nice thing you get or given, like a "treat".

It can be anything at all from ice cream to jewelry.
