We have always ordered online from Tire Rack.  We have them delivered  to our mechanic.  Quick shipping and good prices.  Never had a problem.

We usually order from Tire Rack and take them to a local place. But their website can also connect you with local tire places who will install if you need recommendations.  They will also ship to an installer you choose. Good luck @SilleeMee
