I, too, turned 69 in October. I simply can't put my mind around me being 70 next year. But we made it, and I wish us many more birthdays to come.

Happy Birthday!!

I turned 69 this year also and I feel great and age doesn't bother me at all. I feel great, exercise every day and have lots of energy. Please do not  look at the number it depends on how you feel.
