Get Lysol toilet bowl cleaner in brown bottle for rust.  Flush toilet to get surface wet, then put alot of cleaner in bowl and let it set for a few hours.

If I had pets or small children, I wouldn't use that stuff; it might be dangerous.

At least the stains are blue hahaha!  Even if you could find a product, wouldn't it just keep coming back?  If I saw it I would think you were using that blue tank tablet in it.

The tank's in the wall@Coastalcarolina , but the bathroom's blue so it matchesWoman Wink!

Sorry you have these stains to deal with @eddyandme , but I don't understand why it's embarrassing.

My question is about the tank being in the wall - how do you get to it for any repairs, adjustments, whatever?  I can lift up the lid and just look into the tank, and I can't imagine not being able to do that if the toilet were running or something like that.

Thanks, @shoesnbags .  I just received Zep from amazon, as poster had suggested, so hopefully this will work!

The toilet is tankless.  It's a Swiss-Madison, so it probably explains how it works on their site.  Pipes are in the wall so don't think there's a tank. All Ican say is it works and no tank to clean!
