@Coastalcarolina wrote:At least the stains are blue hahaha! Even if you could find a product, wouldn't it just keep coming back? If I saw it I would think you were using that blue tank tablet in it.
The tank's in the wall, @Coastalcarolina , but the bathroom's blue so it matches

Maybe try Whink rust and stain remover...available at Ace, Amazon, Walmart. We have rusty water but have a water softening system that removes almost all rust from our water but sometimes you get a faint pink orange ring. Whink removes it completely. After 21 years, my toilets have stayed pristine new looking. I also use it on a biscuit color toilet and it's safe to use.

@eddyandme I don't know all your facts, but I offer my experience with this. My daughter's home has well water. There were blue stains in all the porcelain. She had her filter replaced at the well and the issue went away.
At the time I could not remove them no matter what I tried.

Not sure why you should be embarrassed if it's something that's out of your control. The best you can do is try to meditate the situation.

Those stones will work made for tolilets, I have the same issue due to well water and its not a fun job but get your gloves on and hard scrubbing with the stone will work. They make my toilet look like new. I purchase them from Walmart.

That probably why it's staining now, @KLm! I forgot about the filter!!! So many horrible things had happened since the end of last year, it totallyslipped my mind! My friend who installed it recently got out of the hospital so when he feels better will ask him to putnew filter in (it's hard to get at). Thank you for the reminder - guess the filters really do work!

I've tried a medley of bowl cleaners to no avail. Can anyone reommend a cleaner that will remove this staining?
TIA
Can't recommend a cleaner. Why is this embarrassing? I know people are different, but! Thank you,

Have you tried a pumice stone? The toilet has to be empty of water and scrub hard with that pumice stone.
