Sounds like me on a typical night.  Especially when it gets warmer.

I can't remember when I last had eight straight hours of sleep.

The best way to work night shift is to maintain the night schedule.

I can't.  I switch back to a day schedule as soon as my workweek ends.  Then I have to switch to a night schedule when my workweek starts.

Not healthy.  But I'd rather risk the damage than work the day shift. 

You're right about sleeping when it's too warm.  Can't sleep when it's too warm, can't sleep when it's too cold.

But when the temperature is just right, I can sleep on a meat hook.

hey all

well had a surprise tonight.

I DID NOT RECEIVE the medication as stated on 5 emails i got and 1 dh got on his cell. I had to contact usps to file a case for lost mail/money i paid for the meds/contact my doctor (via email) tell her i need an emergency fill at local pharmacy here in my town/ contact my place that my medication is sent from which is in Missouri tell them. they have to file a case/send me more meds which I have to pay for AGAIN.send the meds out in express shippment.

this week along there are 4 packages missing in our development (the missing packages was posted on facebook post for our development only) the only thing the 4 of us think,the stuff is not being said delivered and stolen and sold to the highest bidder. will call postal inspector tomorrow and see if i can get anything done.call my doctor tomorrow to get some meds just a small supply just to get me thru till my regular package is delivered. sure hope express scripts sends this via a compent carrier and not the usps.
