OH Viva!  I didn't realize today was the burial.  I thought that took place already.  Oh my, this is a very solemn event going on today for you for sure.  My heart is heavy.  My friend just went through this a few months ago and it is a beautiful ceremony.  I'm glad family with be with you all the way.

I just went and read back a few pages and saw what was going on.  I hope it went smoothly and beautifully.  A somber time, but an important event for all.  @just bee

burial is now complete. the ceremony was absolutely beautiful. I have Jerry's flag and the casings from the gun salute. he is quite near the road. I believe it is King st in arlington. Arlington had quite a few funerals yesterday. I held together thru the whole ceremony till the end when I said my last good byes. yes I did cry

traffic was a nightmare getting out of VA and DC. took us over 3 hours to get out of that area. I decided next time I go down there it would be by metro train from wilmighton,del and take metro line and just walk in but it would be quite a hike or just take train in and get a taxi of somekind. traffic is to ****** hard . the construction zones are unbelieveable in that area.

it was a hot one yesterday we had no tent to sit under,but i made it thru.

I'm glad everything went well.  Despite your own grief, you know that Jerry is at peace now and resting in a beautiful setting that will be maintained well. 🇱🇷

Viva, I'm so glad the ceremony was beautiful yesterday. I know how hard it was for you. You are a strong woman and I know Jerry is smiling down from heaven for how you have handled everything. Blessings to you.
