[Lucky Charm]

Tonight is.....our monthy Pinochle party. 

As I was (slowly) texting that I was going to make a cherry cream cheese pie, two or three others texted they were bringing desserts. 

So I said maybe too many sweets? -- What shall I bring? 

No answer as I was getting ready to check out my groceries.  So I took a picture of a bin of onions and said I'm bringing onions.  LOTS of onions.

I was asked to make the pie.  Pie is made.

May have my husband drop me off and pick me up.  I think I know enough how to play now and can handle a glass of wine....or two....

Hour by hour.

Let's just say WGD survived last night and I survived my first night in Wonderland.

We didn't take him in today.  And now the weekend looms.

Some distressing news about BH's health while all this is going on.

All we can do is muddle through.

I know nothing can be said to make this easier, but you should take some comfort in what a good life you provided for him. 😊

@just bee, I am thinking of you and BH as you are faced with this decision. It is a rollercoaster. 

Oh no, about BH.  May it be something that is easily taken care of. 

You both have been through it the last few years. I hope once things settle down, it will get boring for you both. Boring is good. 

I can relate. The last few years have been a whirlwind. I feel like I got caught up in a tornado that hasnt landed. I am ready for boring.
