Good morning ladies! 

It's a new month, a new week and a new beginning. Today I start a new clean eating plan. Wanna join me?

I was late making reservations for yesterday, but as it turned out I got the last reservation at a new to us great little neighborhood restaurant.  The ambiance was perfect, the waitstaff was great and the food was soooo good! But I am calling it my "last supper" (in fact it was brunch) for a while. Wish me well please.

We had a similar discussion yesterday and it sounds like there are a few of us who have already committed to doing a little tweaking where diet is concerned.

That's what HEP is all about.  

And I don't get the feeling anyone will come back today and post...

I don't know about the "clean" part, but you'll definitely have support here.

I said yesterday that I've been limiting sugar to fresh fruit, almond biscotti, Belgian dark chocolate and red wine.  

The only time I use honey is when I'm making oatmeal.
