I've been experiencing tech problems online here all day today. Anyone else?
It takes forever for the homepage to come up. I click on something, anything and it takes forever. I pull up an item and initially I get 1/2 of the video and the rest is black. Finally does clear up but again takes time.
I come here and typing is draggy - some letters appear but I have to wait for the entire word to type out.
I go to the search box and geez that's a mess. Very sloooooowwww to respond.
So is this me on my computer or has anyone else here been having similar tech problems.

I'm having a similar problem, but worse. I get nothing! I try to click on something and nothing on the site, it appears that mine is a new site that just started this A M . I can't get items fro previous shows. I click on previous shown item and nothing. I called several time to customer service and a Supervisor told me that I needed a new computer, not to use my iPad ,and there was nothing that they could do . That it must be my iPad. I have a new Apple iPad , that was working fine up until now! I have no other problems with any other sites or apps. Any one else gave problems with the new site?

I am having having the same problem....can't get to the homepage...if this is the way the site is going to be, then I am done. I don't like it at all.

I can't use this website either. There's a post on Customer Care where other people are having trouble too.

If I am able to put anything in the search box, I've gotten French or Spanish forms of letters..

My home page is a mess too - if I try type in or search takes forever - like you said draggy - very slow. I give up now.
Do not understand a home shopping channel always having some sort of problem - for goodness sake Q get some decent techies there is always something not working. Get it sorted how can we shop?

No, it's not just you or your system, @PINKdogWOOD.
Everything was running along great for me and my iPad earlier, but suddenly the forums here began to d r a g. I switched over to my Fire tablet and it's better here now, but worse yet on the shopping side.
They must still be working on things. Noticed they updated the Sign In page and fixed the quote glitch that was leaving out the poster's names.
It would help if they posted a notice when maintenance is underway, but then it seems to be always ongoing.

Honestly QVC - these same problems continue today. Where in the worold are the IT people to fix what they broke a few days ago when they CHANGED the homepage AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Why do you do these things without somehow testing your changes? Every time you get a burr you touch the home page and everything else goes awry. Nothing works for us. We can't view anything, can't buy anything, and this seems to always happen on what you expect to be big shopping days - like today for instance.
