We have about 5 or 6 snow plows like this just waiting at the edge of our retirement complex.  They're ready to go and will be busy soon.  That's just one of the perks of living here.  Snow is expected to begin early Saturday afternoon and become very heavy at times through Sunday morning.

That's cute, makes me think of Beatrix Potter drawings.

Latest prediction is for 8 to 12" of snow by early Sunday morning in central PA with periods of freezing rain and sleet.  We went for groceries last night so should be prepared for the duration.  Some areas north of I-80 could see 18" in northern PA and even more in New York state.  This is one big and nasty storm.  Stay safe and well.

SW MI, we've got a running start on this, deck was loaded this morning. You can really see the snow falling.  Sat. a.m.  1/19 and 19 degrees!! outside.  I'm in, I'll watch!! LOL Got our groceries yesterday too.

Good Morning @qualitygal and @AnikaBrodie on board.

To ((Everyone)):

It's freezing here at 6 degrees outside.  There is still a lot of snow on the ground from the previous snowfall.

Yesterday was bad with the freezing ice on the roads and many road accidents and personal falling injuries.

I don't mind the snow a much, it's the winds and freezing rains making ice that makes it so much worse.

Glad you made it to the store yesterday.

We closed the store early last night due to the treacherous ice conditions.  The side streets were a sheet of ice not to mention my windshieldSmiley Happy

Stay safe and warmHeart

This is another interesting illustration with the tea pot, tea cups and gold fish of all things.

@possummink , The cats, chickens and eggs illustration is also curious as to what the artist wanted us to think.
