@possummink

What an experience (s) it must have been to see and swim with the manatees.  They look large so I had to Google their size.  It said they are 8.4 feet long, and 650 pounds.  WOW!  What a site to see, I am sure.

I just can't fathom why some boaters would be so reckless with their speed.  It makes one angry.

Thanks for sharing your experience with manatees.  Very interesting.

At 2:30 am we had a storm adventure. The sirens were sounding, DH was awake any way (he couldn't sleep beginning at 1:30 am, there I was 💤 ing away. The winds were pretty fierce-sounding.

Our DIRECT TV took as long to re-start then the storm had passed us! My iPad had come in handy for immediate access to the storm and reports.

Where is the best place to access bad weather?

Anyway, we are safe without damage. 13 surrounding schools are closed today due to power outages.

Hope everybody is ok today?

loves....

I am so sorry...I didn't realize that you were

also in the path of those devastating storms.

If I had known I would have included you

when I sent my special prayers to Tissyanne

and Puddles this morning.

Please forgive but I don't remember where

you live. In fact I'm trying to keep straight

in what is left of my mind as to where most

everyone who posts here lives!Cat LOL

So glad that you and your DH are safe and sound.Heart

It's because they are cruel,

self centered imbeciles who

only care about themselves and

could care less about the precious

Manatees or any other innocent

living creature that gets in their

way of having a "good time". Cat Mad
