I went to the site to pay on my pay as you go Legacy phone plan as I do each year. The site is broken...will not let me pay. I have spent several hours on the phone with CS being transferred to one CS rep to another....no one can help me.
It would seem that if a customer can not make a payment...that would be fixed FAST? It has been three days now that I can not make a payment or get help to make a payment.
I can log in to my account just fine....but the page that takes you to were you pay will not open up. Even some of the CS people said something was wrong... ? Huh?

@SeaMaiden I'm not sure what a "legacy phone" is; however, I've been a T-Mobile customer for over 20 years and after I retired I qualified for a discount plan. Then, this year my status seemed to be in dispute and I ran into a LOT of problems getting my phone CS "team" to be responsive to my concerns.
This went "back-and-forth" for a while until I decided to visit my local T-Mobile store at which time the CS reps there solved my problem and my bill is the same as it's been since I retired.
Perhaps going to a local store will help you too???

I didn't know it was Global. I just posted about it affecting some banks and large retailers.

POSITIVE UPDATE!
After almost two weeks of trying to find someone to help me with my issue of not being able to refill My pay as you go plan....I found a really nice lady on the T mobile face book page who was so very helpful....she researched the issue and fixed it! So I am good to go!
