T.J. Maxx Processing & Shipping

I ordered from T.J. Maxx in the past and they almost always had my order to me within a week.

Last weekend, I placed an order and just received this email today:

"We're working on your order.  We'll let you know when it ships.  Processing and shipping could take up to 15 business days.  Thank you for your patience."

This is new. Wonder what is going on?

If you need/want something for the holidays, be aware.

I didn't know that you could order online with TJ Maxx. I'll have to check it out.

YES ! And the BEST part is you can make returns at the store instead of mailing back. @deeva

They have MANY things online you don’t find at the stores. 🤗

Probably same thing going on as with other online retailers. Slow shipping from oversea, uncertain schedules and chaos in purchasing, even competition in getting the use of shipping containers.

They're all doing the best they can.

I've ordered online from both TJ Maxx and Marshall's now for several years. Shipping for me has always been a bit inconsistent. Sometimes items arrive within the week, sometimes it's a good bit longer. It seems to me that at least part of the issue is with the domestic delivery services like UPS, for example, and with TJX stores internal operations, which seem always to have been 'bare bones'.

It's generally taken about 2 weeks for me to get an order from TJ Maxx.

I agree they’ve never been speedy any time I’ve ordered. 🥴

Insignificant issue I would not be concerned about. Don't order from them if you don't like the wait.

Re: T.J. Maxx Processing & Shipping

I'm waiting for an order myself, and have been checking every day to see if it has shipped.  Normally I don't care, but there's something pricy in there so I want to be on the lookout.

And thanks @stevieb , I had no idea that Marshalls is also online.

@VanSleepy  Did you receive the same email I did explaining the 15 business day processing & shipping?

I wonder if this is their new normal policy or if I ordered something that is not in yet.
