Summer fun

We always spend summer with family and friends at the lake in Canada.This summer we wrapped up with

a watermelon eating competition and water balloon toss followed by a huge group dinner that ended with birthday cake and ice cream.We celebrate all birthdays at the end of summer every year for the past 31 years.

anyone else do any fun friends and family traditions?

How wonderful!  Thanks for sharing.  Sadly, we don't have anything like that.  But I'm happy for you!

We get together for a big Family picnic on the 4th of July....that's about it..
