My bluebirds are building their nest! Working hard, both male and female. Last year I had 3 broods of babies!  💝💝💝

What a cutie pie Ruby is!

Thank you for showing all the very pretty flowers blooming.

I have a chair on my deck and some folded up ones next to mine.

Well, one day I noticed signs of a nest in my folded up chairs right next to me!  Then I saw 2 chicadees flying back and forth

every day building their nest.

One day I was sitting and the mother bird flew out from the folded up chair! I didn't even know she was there.

Well, then there was one egg. I thought maybe she wouldn't return. The next day another egg. Then 3, then finally 5!!

Last night I thought I heard the shells cracking. She came back to the nest today in the afternoon. 

So we shall see. I may have 5 baby birds to watch! I hope all goes well for her. What industrous and good parents they are! It''s very exciting. I will miss them when they fly away.
