I watch mostly after midnight.  For the last few days, most of their programming has been repeats from earlier.

They've done an hour hear or there, but this has been hours lately.

Just wondered what was up!

I noticed they were using more recordings recently.  They're also billing State tax which they never did before.

I've noticed it too...and it is not just re-runs of shows like Q2 does it is the same annoying mash ups of shows like they do on HSN2.  It is annoying and I won't watch.  I never really use the HSN boards but went there and someone had mentioned there that some annoucement was made about running repeat shows for 2 weeks as a "cost curbing measure".  If that is the case they must really be hurting for money.  So now they have 2 channels of crappy mashup videos of old presentations running.

they've been doing that for a while. they're not live 24 hours like qvc is. i think it's reruns after midnight, then the live programming starts at 5. at least that's my experience when i watch them early mornings.

I only notice they do it for one or two hours before 6 a.m. It doesn't bother me.

I noticed that EVINE billed me state tax for ordering online last week, and they never did before.

If anyone is a HSN follower then you would know that they've been doing their semi annual CLEARANCE shows, that's why many of the shows are repeats. 

HSN has thousands of people who wait for their clearance summer sales, happy shopping.

I think both HSN and Evine show pre-recorded shows in the off sometimes.

They have shown previoulsy recorded shows for years from 1-5 am
