 Does everyone know what they are making for Passover,  if you are cooking?  It will probably be just the 2 of us this year,  and I'm still not sure.  I am going to make my Flourless Chocolate Almond cake.   That's a must !!!!

@nyc1   A few containers of chicken soup always kept in freezer, so matzo balls waiting to be made. Simple dinner of brisket, mashed potato casserole and veggies. I love charosis and make an extra tub for the kids to eat during the week. Macaroons, of course, plain for the kids and crumbled over warm stewed fruit for the adults. My mouth's watering already.
