I'll start - February is going out like the preverial lion - I got up around 7A, went to the bathroom and looked out the window - oh my, another blizzard!!!!!

Honestly folks - I almost fell over, crazy wind with snow blowing everywhere!!! The trees, the ground, everything is blanketed with the white stuff!!! Yes the wearther people said an Alberta clipper was going to roll through but I certainlky did not expect THIS!!!!!!!!! Good thing it's Saturday, a great day to stay inside and make a chili of some sort.

Which leads me to chili for dinner tonight. I've already decided to make a white bean chili that I really enjoy eating on a cold blustery day as this one. It's really easy, very tasty, takes little time and is soothing to the soul. If you want to try this one, check it out on allrecipes.com and look for Easy White Chili. It IS really good!

Good Morning A.M. Stylers:

Rain again today!!! I was going to put steaks or a flank steak on the grill tonite...guess not. Think I'll go get a huge whole chicken and throw it in the oven w/ sweet potatoes, celery, onions, carrots and garlic. My secret is stuffing lemon wedges inside the chicken. I pour white wine or broth in the bottom of the pan which with the other flavors makes a great gravy. I can put it in on Time Bake and forget about it while going on with my day.

I was awake and 6AM and had my necessary 2 cups of coffee to begin my day and wake up! Then yogurt w/ granola and blueberries (the giant ones from the farmer's market).

I'll be painting this afternoon.....perfect day for doing something I love.

Hey Gurl @PINKdogWOOD you posted this in the Among Friends neighborhood instead of the Fashion neighborhood of the Community. I'm letting you know this so you don't think you're being ignored. We're running our mouths over there in the Fashion neighborhood.

Wow, surprised that you got snow. Maybe I shouldn't be if you're in the Ohio Valley. I swear the Ohio Valley is it's own eco system and weather pattern. It's been mild and mostly sunny here in SE Michigan all week.

There are times when you must speak, not because you are going to change the opposing side, but because if you do not speak, they have changed you.

@PINKdogWOOD Thank you. Brrr. Stay warm. I have a good friend in the Columbus area. I must text her this morning. I'm in SoCal. We are getting close to 80 degrees today. 🫢😉

@Weather sure is crazy. Here in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains our temps have been well above the average for several weeks including this week.

Mid to upper 60's no snow we'll take it. We've accumulated enough moisture for the year so we're good there.

@Bird mama Weather here has been so up and down some last month, a lot this month. We've had stretches of 50s and 60s and sun then a storm either rain for days or a snow squall and the temps drop will come through. We've had bulbs coming up here and there, snow drops have been blooming for weeks now, crocuses here and there too.
