I’m reminded sometimes how our late life is opposite but similar to our early years. Our children become our parents, babysitters are replaced by paid caregivers.

@threecees  I hope the home health care worker wins the lottery, so she can quit her job. She certainly should never be allowed to take care of an elderly person. Her behavior was despicable. Thank goodness there are good people in the world, and the OP and her spouse were willing to help the elderly gentleman.
