2-5" snow in Houston depending on where you live. It has ended in Houston.

I was at the grocery store this morning talking to the checkout lady about how cold it is here in St. Louis (windchill -10) and we still have snow from the 10" or so that we got almost 3 weeks ago when she told me her brother lives in LA and he's freaking out about the snow.

DS is out in it in NOLA! He took his camera to Audubon Park. He saw someone trying to go down a little hill in a "Tupperware container." He said has seen a lot of people around.

I just got off the phone with him. He said walking back to his apartment the wind is hitting him in the face, and he's having trouble seeing ahead of him.

I'm worried he'll lose power.

@JoyFilled Warrior : DD just sent text with photos.She lives in Louisiana. Stated stores and food delivery closed. I live in Georgia near Ft. Moore and snow is rare but snowing since 1 p.m. and will continue until 8 p.m . Tomorrow low 16. Currently 26.

Everyone stay safe and warm.

Growing up near Lake Erie, all that snow we got every winter felt like a giant toy that fell out of the sky!
