@Shanus   thank you for this week's friendly thread.    

@cheriere  I hope your mom is able to avoid surgery.  I had an implant done several years ago.  Not a fun process, but the results were great! I hope your situation is resolved quickly and easily.  

June is a beautiful month here in the general Syracuse, NY area.  There is plenty of sun, temps around 70ish and cool nights perfect for a fire pit. 

I bought my hanging baskets and flowers to plant in pots all over the house.  It's beginning to look fabulous, along with all the perennials around the property.  

For anyone traveling on vacation, or to another location to spend the summer, safe travels. 

I hope everyone has a productive, safe week ahead. 

Take a little time for yourself this weekend.  Recharge your battery, so you can do for others. 

Today is National Hazelnut Cake Day. 
Enjoy a slice with a cup of coffee or tea.
