Sorry to be late this morning. Shabbat Shalom and welcome to this Friday thread.

I can't believe tomorrow we're already in June! The weather here is beautiful with no rain expected for several days. 

In a few weeks my "kiddies" will be in camp and I'll really miss them, but they'll have a great time...especially the youngest who at almost 13 is a wonderful artist. She's the first one to run into my studio when visiting.

It's a beautiful day here today and the weather is supposed to get hot tomorrow.

 I'm not a pool person but I got pool passes (for the first time in about 25 years) in my community so my baby grandson can try out the baby pool.  My daughter and husband are looking forward to taking him!

It sure is hard to believe tomorrow will be June 1st!  Where has spring gone so quickly?  I always hate to see April and May go because everything seems so fresh, new and full of promise and limitless possibilities ahead.

At least my mom's wrist and arm are healing.  She'll still be in a cast for awhile, but so far, the orthopedist hasn't mentioned surgery.  I take her back next Thursday for another X-ray so they can make sure the bones look okay and if it needs recast.  

The whole month of May has been so busy around here.  It seems like we've had 3-4 appointments every single week with something to do.  Next week, I go back to the dental surgeon and regular dentist.  I'm already a nervous wreck over those appointments, as I'll be getting the estimate from the regular dentist for his part of the implant work I'm hoping to get done.

On a more pleasant note, I've been using every spare minute to try and capture more pictures of birds that are nesting around here.  This morning, I sat out back quietly for a couple hours and got some nice shots of the little ones.  They're just learning to hunt and peck for themselves, so they're super cute to watch.  Since the weather's supposed to be nice, hopefully I'll get some more pics.

@cheriere, Hoping Mom will have a good check up & can avoid surgery. Healing steady but completely will be perfect.
