I'm still praying for peace around the world and in our country. No one should go hungry, be without medical care or a welcoming pillow and blanket each night.

I'm getting up really early tomorrow to take Molly (our beagle) for her Senior, OMG, she's 11 years old, vet checkup and a few shots. They cut her nails since they're black and impossible to see where the quick is. I've cut one too short and made her yelp!! Now she runs when she sees me w/ clippers or the dremel. 

DH is working 24/7 during tax season. Our 53rd year of this and I still don't like it. He's 79 and I'm waiting impatiently for his decision to retire. Our kids were born in Feb. and April...a rush for him to get home during the day for the birthday parties, be in the photos and have cake. Neither one was planned, just funny how it worked out...a year apart, no less.

DS is making a cookout over the weekend, so I'm doing Shanus's Famous Potato Salad, Jello ring with nuts, celery, fresh fruit and a "secret white ring" around the top when you flip it out on the plate. I'll bake the brownies today when I get back from my hair appt.

 @Shanus,  I hope all goes well with Molly's senior visit.  We had one for our Airedale in December.  Abby is 13-1/2.   I call her a Super Senior!!!  Enjoy your cook out.

Hoping everyone enjoys a wonderful weekend and week ahead.  Be happy and safe.  So much insnity in the world these days,  you need to  enjoy but be vigilant.

Good morning friends.  Very busy weekend for us which is a bit unusual as we generally keep it low key but having Irish friends is a whole other story, LOL!   We have a dinner out tonight, tomorrow the St Patrick's day parade in Newport and Sunday a St Patrick's day party at a club in town.  My cousin's band will be playing and it will be a lot of fun!

Still praying for peace in this great country and all over the world.

Be safe and enjoy!   It's a bit chilly today but yesterday it was in the mid 60's with beautiful sunshine in the northeast.  Didn't even need a jacket, yay spirng

Well, we've made it to another Friday.  It's been a long week, so I'm just looking forward to relaxing this weekend.  I don't have any special St Patrick's Day plans...boy do I feel old.😃.
