For those who are experiencing horrible weather, please stay safe. Our weather has been unseasonably HUMID. We've not had the horrible heat some are experiencing. I feel so bad for those roasting for so many days/weeks.
This week, the wren's nest, in my front porch hanging basket, has two baby birds. Mama and Papa are attentive and so busy feeding them. I could watch them all day.
I hope everyone has a fabulous week! Take a moment for yourself to recharge.
Today is National Penuche Day. The first time I ever heard of or tasted this treat was when I was visiting Massachusetts as a young girl. I loved it! Mangia!
