I have not had cataract surgery but hubby has. He didn't have anesthesia for the first eye and wouldn't get the second one done without it...so you are not alone.

You will be seeing all the pretty sights of the Holidays in no time.

Your DH was smart the second time. For me, it was "put out" or never mind. Lol

@Desertdi   Love Challah French Toast. I add cinnamon to the custard mix to make it extra special...sometimes fruit on top and sometimes syrup. When and if it's on the counter long enough to get stale, it makes the best bread pudding!!!

I had mine done over 10 years ago & still going strong. Like you I did the anesthesia & didn't feel a thing. I was so happy to buy nice sunglasses too! Take care 💕👀
