Shabbat Shalom to all who observe and Happy Friday to everyone. You are welcome here at the end of the week to share thoughts with us. 

Well, the year is rushing by. It seems like it just can't be almost January. No plans here. I'm "partyed out". Just a quiet night at home and maybe I'll be awake to see the ball drop in NY, but it'd be a miracle. I usually record that event and watch the next day. 

I'm wishing all of you a wonderful weekend. I hope 2025 will answer all your prayers, be full of surprises and your dreams come true. I also hope you have happiness and good health in the new year.

Thanks for your post @Shanus.  Happy New Year to all. I'm so tired and one more Christmas to go tomorrow.

We have 7 birthdays and the holidays in a month beginning Dec 15. This includes mine,  2 of my kids and 4 grands and great grands.

I look forward to resting when this is all done. Ah, but what memories.

@Shanus    ENJOY the quiet.   We do a NYE party every year....  this is our 27th,  minus the COVID years!  This year there will only be 6 of us.  Previous years we have had 16.

Wishing everyone a good weekend and a very HAPPY and HEALTHY NEW YEAR,  with less hate and more consideration for others.

We will have our traditional Surf and Turf dinner on New Years Eve ...no more going out for us. Then watching the ball drop....maybe..if we are still awake.

Good morning   A quiet weekend on tap for us and I am happy about that!   I will do a bit of housework and laundry but at my own pace the next few days with my football on all weekend.   I'll be running out to the grocery store to pick up a few things later.  DH is cooking roasted duck for NYE.  We haven't gone out on NYE in many years and don't miss it.  I doubt we'll even see the ball drop but that's ok, if you've seen it once right?   

Anyway, wishing all that post on this thread weekly a very Happy and Healthy 2025!!!
