Hello everyone!   I was out early this morning with appointments then stopped by my daughters for a quick visit.  Home now for the day!    Debby (not  Betty, LOL...not picking on anyone, I thought is was cute)  will be in the northeast tonight but is taking a western route, thankfully for us in RI, we are only in for some wind and 1-2 inches of heavy rain which is a typical summer thunderstorm for us.  So praying for all still in her path, but it seems we will all be done with her by Saturday morning! Yay!

We are going out for dinner tomorrow  evening with friends and then going out to see my cousins band after that.    They are playing outside at a golf course that also has a lovely clubhouse.  So happy it will no longer be raining, feels like it has been raining everyday lately.   Enjoy your weekend, and yes prayers as always.

Well, I made it to Friday. I thought I was going to have to build an ark today.  The MONSOON was wild, but the sun is out now.   I think the storm is heading north and east for the time being.    I hope you're all safe and dry.

I have been in the hubby retirement adjustment stage since June.   It's an adjustment for both of us.   Somedays, I find myself using my teacher voice and strategies...........and I stopped teaching in the late 90s. lol lol

This coming week and next weekend, we're having a houseful of family.   I am looking forward to it.

Shabbat Shalom and a restful weekend to all.  I am sorry that some have to clean up the messes left by the week's storms. Agree about the politics.  Just am trying my best to ignore it but it is distressing.

@ECBG. I hope you will benefit greatly with the therapy and care at the facility.  You have had so many health issues recently.  Take care and know that many are keeping you in prayer 🙏.
